To directly access your cPanel account, simply follow these steps:
1. Open your web browser and enter your cPanel address, which can be one of the following options:
- http://www.example.com:2082 or https://www.example.com:2083 (replace example.com with your domain name).
- Alternatively, you can use http://cpanel.example.com or http://www.example.com/cpanel, where example.com corresponds to your domain name.
- If you prefer not to use your domain name, you can access cPanel via https://node1.cognitohosting.org:2083
2. The cPanel login page will appear, displaying the following fields:

- Enter your A2 Hosting account username in the Username text box. If you're unsure about your cPanel username and password, you can retrieve them from the A2 Hosting Customer Portal. Instructions for this can be found in this article.
- Type your A2 Hosting account password in the Password text box.
3. Click the Log in button. Upon entering the correct username and password, you will be directed to the cPanel home screen.
Logging out of cPanel is important to inform the web server that your session has ended. Failing to log out may lead to automatic session closure by the server after a set time, but there is a slight security risk if the connection remains open for an extended period.
To log out of cPanel, take the following step:
- If you are using the Jupiter theme, click the user menu located in the top-right corner, and then select Log Out:
